Customer Queries
We will respond to all customer queries via email or telephone within 48 hours Refunds and Cancellations If you find your product is not suitable, faulty or have changed your mind, we will make a full refund on any goods returned within seven working days from the received date. You are under a duty to restore goods to us, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. This includes not damaging any sealed packaging (unless the item is found to be faulty when opened). The normal procedure will be for us to make a refund to you following return of the goods, after you have received notification of a refund you can re-order an alternative item from the website should you want to. It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the goods, we will not refund goods that we have not received. We would recommend that all goods are returned by recorded delivery to ensure receipt of goods. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you in 2 to 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. USA customers should note that the USA customs may delay your order for up to 6 weeks. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
